The All-Squat Lower-Body Workout

Do Two to three sets of each move below, with one minute of rest between each set, after completing the sets ,move on to the next exercise.
1- Zercher squat do 12 reps
2 Barbell front split squat do 12 reps , then switch sides
3-Goblet squat do 12 reps
4- barbell front squat to push press do 10 reps
5- pistol squat do 10 reps, then switch sides
