The Transforms Your ABS Workout
Do one set of each of the five exercises below
in order withon resting between moves after finishing all of exercises rest one minute and repeat for a total of three rounds.
1- swiss ball plank with feet on bench
hold for 30 seconds in the first set 45 the second and 60 the third
2- Hands free side plank
do five reps then switch sides
3- Front plank with pulldown
Do 15 then switch sides
4- Stability ball reverse leg lifts
do 15 reps
5- Slide out Do 15 reps
