Machines or free weights?
Although most practitioners prefer bodybuilding free weights (dumbbells or bars) machines and consider them to be more effective in building muscle, technology has advanced so much in the field of training equipment today , the top professionals rely heavily on machines. The result is that there is a wider choice of exhaustion that recreates a feeling similar to that of free charges. It is best to try each material and see what feeling you get, not to mention a frequent change of strength exercises and a change in training methods will help to grow your muscles.

Training machines
Easy to master. The biomechanics of the movement being predetermined, it is the configuration of the machine which, in general, requires a body position and the load can only be moved in one direction. This is useful if there is a lack of coordination, which is generally the case for beginners. We do not have to worry about balancing the load.
The machines are for single out any muscle group if we seek to address a particular weakness.
The machines typically used to terminate a session faster. To change the load, simply move a pin.
Generally safer although this simplification can be excessive. Nevertheless, it is true that we need not be afraid to drop a load on the foot.
Usually relieve stress on the joints, hence its interest as a tool for rehabilitation for most muscle injuries.
Preferable to work the calves and adductors (inner thighs).

Training with free weights
Allows a huge variety of exercises and angles of attack to work the muscle, leading to novel stimuli in the drive.
Bodybuilders small or large sizes may have difficulty using the machines. This problem does not exist with free weights.
Allows a greater number of exercises that solicit more than one muscle group at a time (compound exercise), hence a higher caloric expenditure and efficiency of the meeting.
Best to train for pure strength, especially that of the major muscle groups. Bodybuilders intermediate and advanced level will need to structure their programs based on these movements.

Reproduced more closely the natural gestures, which is especially important for athletes.
Learn coordination and develop the balance capabilities.
Active fuller connective tissue and also developing tendons and ligaments. This important factor helps prevent injuries.
