For each exercise, complete as many reps as possible in 30 second, moving from one to the next without resting. then rest 30 second, and repeat the circuit four more times for a total of five rounds. 
1 Pushup-Position alternating Dumbbell Raise

2- Drop Lunge 

3 Knee Strike with side kick

4 Tuck Jump
